Online Coaching

This is our most affordable coaching package. You can receive Online Coaching from any location in the world. However if you do live locally to our studio, we recommend an in-person consultation to conduct a postural analysis to refine your programming. We aim to give you a high level of support for your goals via video chat, phone, email and text message.

What Does Online Coaching Include?

You will receive your custom made programming via our smart phone app every week. The app can track your lift progression and query your stress / energy / sleep etc before each workout. Your exercise program will be designed specifically for you - based on your needs, goals, injuries and orthopaedic profile. We can program as many days per week as you would like to do. We ask that you do video any exercises that you are having difficulty with for your coach to review so that your form can improve.

You will also receive a weekly video coaching call to help you with changes to your lifestyle, mindset and nutrition. These calls are all about giving you the support you need - to shift your expectations and make the changes to get more out of life.

Members of the In-house Fitness coaching community also get together for regular group trail runs, mini obstacle course challenges and social lunches / dinners. If you live locally to the studio, you will have access to these events as well.

Who is Online Coaching For?

Already own a gym membership but feel a bit lost when you go for a workout? Perhaps you have some equipment at home and want to get fit in your garage? Or maybe you just don't want to leave the comfort of your living room but need to get moving with some bodyweight exercises. In-house Fitness can help you out. 

Let us know what kind of equipment (if any!) you have access to and we can customise your program based on what is available to you. If working out at home without any equipment, we recommend purchasing a few inexpensive items to help you increase the resistance in your workouts.
